Our kéfir culture is combined with fresh organic lemon and hand pressed ginger root, and placed into mineralised water. Organic sultanas and cane sugar are added as we slowly and delicately ferment our brew over a long period to produce natural probiotics and effervescence

Kéfir produces up to fifty six living strains of beneficial bacteria and yeasts in every drink. We leave our drink unpasteurised to maximise the benfical bacteria.

We do not add artificial co2 gas to create a sparkling drink, its simply created naturally through fermentation.
