We take care of our earth through our actions.  We have set up our own take back bottle scheme, and use genuinely reusable glass bottles and recyclable paper tags instead of single use glass and plastic labels.

 

We buy our organic lemons and berries from our friends at local farm's, and provide all our local staff with more than living wage for their mahi.
